Overview

With the launch of a major new product, this Fortune 500 company needed to train its sales force on the product benefits. SWIFT developed a series of five highly engaging live workshops to certify the organization’s more than 200 reps to sell in a competitive marketplace. We utilized creative digital elements, such as interactive iPad games and exercises, along with challenging individual and group exercises.

The training was highly effective — 99% of the reps became certified to sell the new product. And, the activities pushed reps to implement new, successful selling strategies.
