This biotech startup needed to quickly create a training infrastructure because its product was being launched with an accelerated timeframe. SWIFT developed an interactive general session with engaging live workshops for the company’s launch meeting. We also organized post-launch workshops in a number of countries.
This program led to a year-round training curriculum. In addition, we created a custom learning portal with home study curriculum for the sales force to learn on their own time, as well as LMS (learning management system.)
