This industry leader was looking to help its sales team become more effective. As a whole, the sales force needed to evolve their conversation selling skills and be able to address customer pain points in a variety of vertical markets.
SWIFT created a series of 10 meetings – both live and virtual. These interactive workshops utilized selling scenarios and product demos, customized videos to deliver compelling content and competitive games with prizes for top performers. We also created a custom portal for pre-meeting exercises, additional resources and pull through content.
The training has a smash. Regional trainers executed consistently and flawlessly across 10 locations and more than 90% of the participants were extremely satisfied, finding it interesting and high-impact. The easy-to-use portal continues to be used as a training source.
